Return policy

1. Payment and Shipping

We typically ship within 24 hours after payment, and the longest delivery time is no more than three days. Please note that in the rare case of insufficient product inventory, the delivery time may extend to five days.

2. Shipping Costs

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs, including returns. We do not impose any restocking fees on consumers for returning a product.

3. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may apply for a return within 14 days after signing. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

4. Return Procedure

To complete a return, you need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at service@bloomvero.com .

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless defective or damaged.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email us at service@bloomvero.com .

9. Shipping

To return your product, mail it to: service@bloomvero.com

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item is over $59.99, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
